A passion for food met a passion for helping people when a design partner and I created the Eat Me in St. Louis podcast. This labor of love started as a way to try new restaurants and evolved into a podcast channel and social media presence that reaches thousands of people with each episode and post.
The podcast isn’t just full of culinary experiences, but learning ones too. We’ve partnered with brands to create sponsored content, boosted and promoted posts on social media and learned what works for certain audiences across multiple channels.

We were voted “STL’s Best Podcast” by STL Bucket List two years in a row. And finished runner up for the St. Louis Post Dispatch’s “Best Podcast by a St. Louisan.”
We lost to Jenna Fischer from “The Office.”
We’ve been featured in the St. Louis Post Dispatch, Riverfront Times, STL Bucket List and more. We obviously take it all very seriously.
We create sponsored content, feature big-time STL chefs and influencers on the podcasts and create fun campaigns and giveaways to boost engagement. If you ever need a good sandwich recommendation, I have 48 of ‘em for you.
